Web App For Recruitment Solutions
Recrur is my most recent project, started on 12th July, 2021. After searching for a job through Upwork the Estonian company decided to hire me after the successful interview. At first I had some issues with setting up the project in my local environment, but with the help of the colleagues I managed to run it. Then the CEO gave me an introduction on how the platform works.
I started with some basic tasks like footer/logo change and different design modifications in order to get used to the application. After some time I was getting more involved into the project with delivering new features and enhancing existing functionality.
Analysis, Planning & Challenges
Communication with the client, analysis and planning are some of the most important responsibilities of a Software Developer as well as some of the activities I use most often in my daily work.
The biggest challenge on this project was their statistics page. The reason for that was, because it was written in Angular and until this moment I had no clue how to code in Angular. It was good that I had a code base for reference purposes and I got used to it. Thanks to that, I know included TypeScript in my everyday work.
